RETURNS

Hajarhajji.com has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to ship it back to our return center for a refund or exchange.

Any claims regarding the delivery of the Product(s) must be submitted within 14 working days from the receipt of the Product(s). They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label, etc.), using the documents provided in the package. Any package returned after the prescribed period will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks associated with the return of the Product(s) are borne by the sender.

For the customer service to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in perfect condition in its original packaging, intact, with its label attached, unworn, accompanied by all its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.

The customer does not have to justify the reasons for the return or pay penalties, except for the return costs and any potential customs duties.

Hajarhajji.com cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the package. Packages for which customer identification (name, first name, address, and return code) is not possible will be refused.

Upon receipt of the returned Product(s) by the Customer, customer service will send a confirmation of receipt of the Product(s) by email.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If the entire order is returned, the refund will include Hajarhajji.com’s standard delivery costs. To this end, the customer inserts the shipping invoice indicating the tracking number of the package in the return package. Hajarhajji.com will reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer corresponding to the acquisition of the returned Products (excluding any potential customs duties), within a maximum period of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the name of the customer.

Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the merchandise has been reduced because you have handled the merchandise more than necessary.

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, accompanied by the return information label.

• Please ensure that all products are exactly as you received them, with the label and seal still attached.

• All products delivered in their own box, including accessories, must be returned in their original undamaged box, as they are considered part of the product.

• Please make sure to return large-sized products that come in their own box inside another sturdy cardboard box so as not to damage the original packaging.
