Hajarhajji.com offers standard delivery for orders over 450 euros. Please note that free delivery will be applied to your order at the time of payment.

Delivery times are indicative only. Please note that delivery to a remote rural address may take longer.

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (CEST) will be dispatched within 48 hours.

During sale periods, deliveries may be delayed due to a large number of orders.

All orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX and require a signature upon delivery. UPS or FEDEX usually deliver between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (CEST) on working days. When placing your order, you can provide an alternative daytime delivery address, such as your work address (recommended).

Taxes and customs fees

Product prices are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and exclusive of customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Hajarhajji.com cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

Important information

First order policy

For security reasons, Hajarhajji.com reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the billing address or verified workplace address of the credit/debit card holder. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please ensure that you provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing your order.

Insurance

Hajarhajji.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that the signature of the third party is sufficient proof of delivery.

All orders are shipped with UPS and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have any questions about your shipment.
